Deposits and lime soaps often occur in cooling lubricant systems as a result of hard water and oily components. These residues settle in pipes and impair the flow. <\/p>\n

Water-mixed coolants are also susceptible to microbial growth: Heat, nutrients and stagnation promote the growth of microorganisms. This results in biofilms, odors and health risks such as skin and respiratory tract irritation. <\/p>\n

After cleaning, lime soaps and deposits are removed and the pipe cross-section, operational hygiene and process reliability are restored.<\/p>\n

The service life of the cooling lubricant in a clean piping system is increased. The complete removal of lime soap prevents crystallization nuclei for new formation. <\/p>\n
