Here you are needed
- Development and support of the purchasing department
- Implementation of internal ordering processes
- Master data maintenance in the merchandise management system (Asseco AP+)
- Administrative processing of orders, order processing
- Checking suppliers and monitoring deadlines; checking incoming goods
- Correspondence with suppliers
- Developing purchasing strategies and ensuring quality standards
- Article costing
Who we are looking for
What makes you
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Professional experience in purchasing, preferably in wholesale and foreign trade
- Experience with online shopping portals
- Knowledge of procurement and determination of requirements, legal bases and types of payment transactions, purchasing and logistics
- Very good digital work organization (paperless office)
- Very good IT and MS Office skills, confident in dealing with MS teams
- Good written and spoken English skills
