Central systems or even smaller stand-alone solutions return the cooling lubricant in a circuit via a piping system of different nominal diameters, sometimes over several floors. As a rule, “police filters” are located in front of the processing machines, in which deposits form over time despite sufficient filter technology. This happens because the content of solids in the emulsion can increase during transport through the pipeline, for example due to abrasion from the machining or grinding process. At low flow velocities, particles accumulate and bake together over time, posing the risk of microbiological foci within the pipeline. With increased water hardness, the formation of lime soaps is also to be expected, which can lead to the infarction of the pipe.
If the flow rate is increased, parts of it can detach again, eventually clogging the “police filters” on the processing machines and thus stopping the entire process.
With comprex® we can counteract the effect due to different flow velocities. We clean your entire pipeline including supply and return lines and reliably carry solids, caking and biofilms out of the network.
In contrast to deposits from drinking or raw water pipes, deposits from emulsion pipes contain substances hazardous to water. We ensure that the rinsing emulsions are collected and disposed of properly.
After cleaning, your line is hydraulically restored in such a way that the cooling lubricant can once again be used at full power in the machining centers, thus making a decisive contribution to process reliability.
