Cooling capacity reduced due to deposits? With Comprex® we optimize the cooling of your machines. The heat generated during work in machines is usually dissipated through the use of cooling water. In larger industrial operations such as chemical plants, for example, machines are cooled with river water in continuous flow. Entry of fine sand and mussel shells are not uncommon.
Welcome to Comprex® Industry
We clean your machine cooling - with air and water
Liquid cooling is usually used to cool machine tools such as lathes, milling and drilling machines or other machining centers, plastic injection molding machines or temperature control channels. Over time, cooling builds up deposits and biofilms in the systems, resulting in reduced cooling capacity. Removing these deposits increases the efficiency of the cooling system and saves energy.
Cleaning with Comprex® requires only very short downtimes and is often even possible during ongoing operation. Our impulse rinsing process thus represents a hygienically efficient and at the same time economically attractive solution.
Example applications:
- Drilling machines
- Milling machines
- Lathes
- Plastic injection molding machines
- Temperature control channels
