Deposits in heating circuits reduce the flow rate, reduce heat transfer and can clog fittings. The result: reduced efficiency and rising energy and operating costs. With mechanical Comprex® cleaning, deposits are mobilized and reliably removed – for noticeably better performance and permanently stable heating systems.
We have the right solution
We clean your heating system - with comprex impulses
01
The problem
Heating systems are often improperly designed and operated. Corrosion products, limescale and dirt deposits therefore form during operation. These impair the function and performance of the heating systems and lead to poor heating performance.
02
The consequence
As a result, energy costs are rising steadily. Finally, malfunctions lead to repairs, which can cause considerable costs, particularly during operation, especially in the case of widely branched heating systems. Operators often look for companies to restore the heating system.
Comprex® can fulfill this task and restore operational safety.
03
The procedure
Pre-planning comes before cleaning. Our trained staff will inspect your heating system and carry out preparatory work: determining feed-in and feed-out points for the Comprex® devices, conversion and renovation measures. Based on the plans drawn up, we clean sequentially with our Comprex® units, cleaning section after cleaning section. If required, we can record and document the discharge. We work with partners to refill the heating system with water in accordance with VDI 2035.
04
The result
With Comprex® we upgrade your heating system economically. If necessary, our partners replace defective components and fill the heating system professionally with suitable water. This effort pays off by saving energy and repair costs. The measure will prove to be sustainable in future operations.
Working in partnership with specialist discipline to achieve optimum results
With our expertise and versatile applications, we can optimally adapt our cleaning process to the needs of heating systems and heating circuits. With our core competence in cleaning, we are a reliable partner when it comes to energy-saving measures or renovation work, which institutes such as the IWW in Mülheim an der Ruhr or engineering firms with expertise in the sector plan, monitor and control. To fill the heating system in accordance with VDI 2035, we work with specialist companies such as Aquametasil from Essen.

The before and after effect:
The Comprex® result
By cleaning with our mechanical Comprex® process, we can achieve impressive cleaning results and loosen and remove significant deposits and sludge in the heating circuits. Our decompression box or ConnectBox is used to drain and release the rinsing water. The filter fleece contained in it documents the discharges.
Developed and patented
Comprex® cleaning process
Our patented Comprex® cleaning process is based on the controlled addition of compressed air to pipes and integrated components such as fittings or heat exchangers .
This creates pulsed packets of air and water blocks. Enormously accelerated, they flow through the cleaning section at high speed.
The resulting turbulence has enormous shear and drag forces, which mobilize and reliably remove existing deposits. The comprex cleaning process works efficiently, gently and economically.
The result: improved flow and heat transfer – safe operation of the heating system.
