  • Cleaning the entire heating system in a large shopping center consisting of several buildings
  • Loosen and remove deposits and clouding caused by corrosion in the heating system

Technical data

  • Technical center of the heating system in the underground car park
  • 2 heating circuit manifolds with 9 lines
  • 15 Sub-distributors
  • 11 Ventilation systems
  • approx. 500 radiators
  • Pipes DN 15 to DN 150

Cleaning with the Comprex® process

Implementation

  • Extensive preliminary planning required due to high complexity
  • Mechanical cleaning with compressed, conditioned air from Comprex® unit
  • Compressed air supply by Comprex® unit in front of the building
  • Access to the system via distributor in the underground garage
  • Discharge with decompression box in lifting system
  • 3 technicians, 44 day shifts / 9 weeks in operation
