3 steps to clean production systems
Step 1 Analysis & planning
Together with you, we check the structure and condition of your piping systems and production facilities. On this basis, we develop a customized cleaning plan – tailored to your system technology, critical bottlenecks and the required process reliability.
Step 2 Preparation
We plan the cleaning sections, determine the feed-in and feed-out points and take care of all the logistics so that your production can continue to run as smoothly as possible. Our team of technicians will come to you with the appropriate equipment and remain on site for the duration of the project.

Step 3 Cleaning & commissioning
Cleaning is carried out using targeted air-water impulses from the Comprex® process. Deposits and residues are thoroughly removed – quickly, gently and without chemical additives.
Once the measure has been completed, we check the result and return the system to regular operation.

How does cleaning with Comprex® work in production systems?
The patented Comprex® process uses controlled pulses of air and water that move through the system at high speed. This creates shear forces that reliably loosen and remove deposits and residues – without any chemical additives and without completely shutting down the system.
Does production have to be interrupted for cleaning?
In many cases, we can plan the cleaning so that only individual parts of the system are taken out of operation for a short time. The rest of production continues, minimizing downtime

The Comprex® process reliably removes product residues, biofilms, limescale, rust, sludge and other mineral and particulate deposits from product, process and demineralized water pipes. All residues are completely and gently removed – without chemicals and without polluting the systems.
Is the cleaning process suitable for all system materials?
Yes, Comprex® technology is gentle on materials and can be used for steel, stainless steel, copper or plastic pipes – even in sensitive or older systems.
How long does cleaning take?
