Reporting security issues

We take the security of our products seriously. If you discover a potential security vulnerability or a security-relevant incident in one of our products – for example unauthorized access, manipulation of the controller, or unusual security-relevant behavior – please report it to us using the form below or directly by e-mail.

The mailbox is monitored during regular business hours (Mon–Fri). You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt and we will contact you if follow-up is needed. Please treat a potential vulnerability as confidential until it has been resolved.
