The customer order
Task
- Cleaning the cooling lubricant system with the Comprex® process
- Remove deposits ("lime soap")
- Restore operational safety
- No impairment of production during the cleaning process
Technical data
- central cooling lubricant supply system for machines:
- Pipes ≤ DN 50, total length approx. 250 m
- 49 Machines with storage containers, filled in batches
- Permissible system pressure 5 bar
Cleaning with the Comprex® process
Implementation
- mechanical cleaning with compressed, treated air from Comprex® unit
- Section-by-section cleaning of the pipelines in the installed state up to the machines
- Fluid management during cleaning ensured by lubricoolant supplier, therefore no interruption to operation necessary
- Access to the system via standardized adapter connections
- Discharge of rinsing water and deposits into provided containers (IBC)
- 2 technicians, approx. 16 hours on site
- Support from technical staff of the coolant supplier and the client's maintenance team
