The customer order

Task

Test cleaning of dismantled injection molds using MCU-20 for validation and proof of performance
Cleaning the cooling channels of both injection molds - one channel per mold
Removal of corrosion components and biofilm
mechanical cleaning without chemistry
After instruction by Hammann technician 1 week cleaning of 10 tools with MCU-20 by own personnel
Goal: permanent regular cleaning with MCU-20
