Task
- Clean provided test section with the Comprex® process (Figure 1).
- Remove existing deposits and product residues from the system
Technical data
- Piping system o Length approx. 15 m, nominal diameter DN 80 o Several 180-degree bends, flap and compensator o Permissible system pressure approx. 10 bar
Cleaning with the comprex® process
Implementation
- mechanical cleaning through the targeted use of compressed, treated air from Comprex® unit
- Access to the system via standardized adapter connections
- Discharge of rinsing water with mobilized sediments into provided IBC containers (Figure 2).
- Addition of coarse rock salt to increase the cleaning performance
