Heat dissipation greatly reduced, pressure drop increased
Comprex® cleaning of the air cooler
Remove solid deposits
Restore flow for homogeneous and uniform flow

Cleaning with the COMPREX® process

purely mechanical cleaning through the dosed use of compressed air from the Comprex® unit and water
Access to the system by means of standardized adapter connections
Discharge of rinsing water and dissolved sediments into concrete basin
Monitoring of the cleaning progress based on the turbidity at the discharge point
intuitive operation through touchscreen control
Targeted adjustment of the cleaning parameters

“[…] many thanks for the good work […]” as well as “[…] on Tuesday […] was cleaned by the company Hammann with the COMPREX flushing process.

On the left of the picture you can see the condition before cleaning (only a few warm, flow-through pipes, many pipes cold and clogged poor heat dissipation via the air cooler, increased pressure loss).

On the right you can see the condition after cleaning. The majority of the pipes have been flushed free, allowing them to contribute to cooling again.

For the relatively low cleaning effort, the result seems to be good. […].”
